Did you know hurricane winds move up to at least 74 mph? There’s no reason you shouldn’t prepare for natural disasters.

Hurricane season just started and will last until November 30th.  Don’t wait til the last minute to stock up, so avoid the long lines at the grocery store and make sure you’ve got your survival kit ready:

  • water
  • nonperishable food
  • can opener
  • utensils to eat
  • clothing and bedding
  • tools
  • battery powered radios, flashlights, extra batteries
  • rain gear
  • garbage bags
  • candles and lantern
  • duct tape
  • 100 feet of rope or heavy cord
  • band-aids
  • address book with important phone numbers

It’s better to be safe than sorry… Do you have everything prepared for Hurricane Season?
