Hey there, Blue Isle! Take some time to fly away in Coconut Creek! Okay, while you may not fly to Coconut Creek for the event, I’d like to give you some information about the 2012 Butterfly Festival so you can drive there.  I guess we can leave the flying to the butterflies, eh?

The festival, which will take place on Saturday, February 25^th, will be set up at Sabal Pines Park, a short drive from Blue Isle (just under 2 miles from our community).  From 1 pm to 8:30 pm, guests can enjoy free carnival rides, games, hands on art experience, fireworks, clowns, face painting, live music and more! Of course, there will also be yummy carnival food and drinks for sale.  Speaking of live music, here are some of the acts you will see in action during the event:

-          Replay Band

-          Blues Brothers Soul Band

-          Rockin’ the Paradise (Styx tribute band)
