NY, NY!

airportI know when you live near the beach, that the thought of going to the beach just doesn’t really seem like a vacation. Not always, just sometimes. Well, thanks to TripAdvisor.com, you can plan a trip outside the norm by heading to fabulous, cosmopolitan New York. This suggestion is more for the snow bunnies hidden in Florida, because this time of year in NYC is “brisk” to say the least, but that’s just my kind of weather. Somewhere between Thanksgiving and the winter holidays, you can squeeze in a short trip up north for shopping, shows, romance and more. What do you think of a NY vacay this time of year?

A Little Bit of Saigon In Margate

The Urban Spoon rating for nearby Saigon Cuisine is 79%, which I think still makes a strong case for a B. With the nice price range, this restaurant is a sweet idea for something a little different that won’t break your bank. And the reviewers all rave about the delectable (and expansive) menu, so if pho is not your cup of tea, there should definitely be something else that is. I am a big fan of spring rolls, myself, even in the winter.

Have you been to Saigon Cuisine?
